All our leather goods are handcrafted in our workshop in
Jaipur, Rajasthan by skilled artisans using traditional
techniques combined with modern design principles.
We use only premium full-grain leather sourced from ethical
tanneries. Full-grain leather retains the natural grain and
markings, making each piece unique while being the most
durable type of leather available.
Keep away from excessive moisture and heat
Use a soft, dry cloth for regular cleaning
Condition with a quality leather conditioner every 3-6
months
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes
We include detailed care instructions with every purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working to expand
our international shipping options in the future.
Delivery times vary by location:
Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Other major cities: 5-7 business days
Tier 2/3 cities: 7-10 business days
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order
placement.
Yes, once your order has shipped, you'll receive a
confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track
your package. You can also track your order by logging into
your account on our website.
Yes, we offer cash on delivery (COD) for all orders within
India. There is no additional charge for this service.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items
in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping
is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived
damaged or was incorrect.
To initiate a return:
Log in to your account on our website
Go to "My Orders" and select the item you wish to return
Follow the return instructions
Pack the item securely with all original packaging
Ship to the provided return address
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process
your refund within 5-7 business days.
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a
different item, please return the original purchase (following
our return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
